Qualifying Information

Income Guidelines

To qualify, applicants must make at or below 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI) as of April 1, 2025:

Individual = $50,400.00 Annually
2 People = $57,600.00 Annually
3 People = $64,800.00 Annually
4 People = $71,940.00 Annually

Note: Individuals must have proof of income, must meet other requirements, and demonstrate ability to pay rent listed. *Section 8 vouchers are accepted at this location.

Studio = $894.00
1 BR = $1,008.00
2 BR = $1,209.00

Note: Individuals must make 3 times the rent.

We are accepting pre-application cards for our Studios ONLY. (1- and 2-Bedroom waitlists are closed as of January 28, 2025)

If submitting via email only PDF copies will be accepted. Please DO NOT send pictures or screenshots of the pre-application cards. (When printed these become illegible)
