Qualifying Information

Income Guidelines

To qualify, applicants must make at or below 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI) as of April 1, 2024:

Individual = $47,100.00 Annually
2 People = $53,820.00 Annually
3 People = $60,540.00 Annually
4 People = $67,260.00 Annually

Note: Individuals must have proof of income, must meet other requirements, and demonstrate ability to pay rent listed. *Section 8 vouchers are accepted at this location.

1 BR = $974.00
2 BR = $1,168.00

Note: Individuals must make 3 times the rent.

All Affordable Apartments are currently occupied.

We will begin accepting pre-application cards for ALL waitlist beginning November 1, 2024. Updates will be posted via the Home page.
